We’ve spent lots of time and money getting technology in the building, but we still don’t know exactly who’s using it and for what purposes… … HOWEVER… Advent of the Personal Evaluation Plans (PEP) requires teachers to create a learning outcome (to support their students) around the use of technology.

11. What needs to change? Most of the goals are teacher-centered and research-oriented. We need to change our focus and start becoming more student-centered. We’ve had many years to research this already. No plan in place to evaluate or assess the effectiveness of the plan or even parts of the plan. If we don’t hold ourselves accountable, how do we know if we’re making progress? Are we being responsible with the community’s resources?
