“Startap” anlayışının yaranması Silikon Vadisi ilə bağlıdır. Silikon Vadisinin
uğurla fəaliyyət göstərməsi demək olar ki startapın yaranması ilə başladı:
1939-cu ildə Stenford universitetinin gənc məzunları Vilyam Xulett (William
