Move furniture that is prohibiting good
flow
Brighten the space as much as possible
Organize drawers and cupboards
12. After
The Improvements:
Removed 90% of the objects on the
counters. This included all small
appliances. What was left served a
design purpose. The green canisters,
the plant, and green coffee pot accent
the space

The Improvements:
Removed the butcher’s block from the
middle of the room to emphasize the
size of the room and allow for better
traffic
Removed the art from the window to
brighten up the counter space and
show the large window
