Drill and Ceremony MS1 Lab 27Jan2011   Situation:  A) Enemy forces: Individuals  not knowing the standards    B) Friendly Forces: Charlie Company Mission:  Delta Company conducts drill and ceremony training  IVO Paulson Stadium parking lot NLT 1600  27JAN2011 IOT familiarize cadets with drill and ceremony standards   Execution:  Cadets will arrive in Paulson Stadium parking lot NLT 1545 27Jan2011. Cadets will be separated into different groups and will begin drill and ceremony training while Caison, Lape, Lee  supervise and train cadets the standards. They will become familiar with different commands and be able to respond accordingly. Timeline: 1545-1555: Accountability and Formation 1555-1600: Separate company into separate groups  1600-1745-  Begin drill and ceremony training 1745-1800:  put out information  then move to final formation  1800:  Release cadets Coordinating instructions:   Caison will separate the company into separate groups and split them among MSIV’s.  Casion, Lape, and Lee will train any cadets that are new to the program as other company mentors assist in teaching and supervising. Cadets will be separated into different groups and will begin drill and ceremony training while Caison, Lape, Lee supervise and train cadets the standards. They will become familiar with different commands and be able to respond accordingly. Timeline: 1545-1555: Accountability and Formation 1555-1600: Separate company into separate groups 1600-1745- Begin drill and ceremony training 1745-1800: put out information then move to final formation 1800: Release cadets Coordinating instructions: Caison will separate the company into separate groups and split them among MSIV’s.
