Editor's Notes

  • #3 Good morning and welcome to StackiFest 17! We are so pleased that you could join us. This is my first StackiFest and I am very excited to be at StackIQ. Let me tell you why - There is a revolution taking place in data centers where data is exploding and IT teams are demanding efficiency, speed and performance. This transformation is led by the adoption of containers, hybrid cloud and big data applications. Bare metal (and therefore StackIQ) is right in the middle of the innovation because of the tremendous performance benefits it provides to all these deployment – big data, containers and private cloud infrastructure. Provisioning bare metal infrastructure in not trivial and that is where Stacki excels – deploying bare metal in hours instead of weeks
