3. The Poynter site is conveniently located south of downtown St. Petersburg
adjacent to the USF campus, All Children’s and Bayfront Hospitals, the Dali
Museum and Albert Whitted Municipal Airport. It looks out over the
waterfront and has easy Interstate access.

5. The Site is located on the block between 8th and 10th Avenues South and between
3rd and 4th Street. The site is approximately 7.14 acres and occupies most of the
block. The current building is 49,440 sq. ft. There are two additional buildings
scheduled for demolition.
