This document provides technical data on fire tests performed on Snap-Trak ceiling systems. Several ASTM E-84 tests measured the flame spread index and smoke developed value of Snap-Trak panels with different infill materials. Polyester infill panels had a flame spread index of 25 and smoke developed value of 240. Fiberglass infill panels performed better with a flame spread index of 5 and smoke developed value of 90. All tests showed the Snap-Trak systems passed fire standards. Typical flame spread and smoke developed values are also listed for common infill materials.
