The class has published seed stories using a writing toolkit and received compliments on feedback pages. Students have also been doing word work menus in readers workshop and will start a new readers theatre. An upcoming assembly for 3JO is mentioned. The document then shifts to discussing how 3JO has been working on a unit about the human body, writing questions and learning about how systems connect and work together in the body similar to how parts work in other objects and devices.

used something called a Writing Tool kit.

people give compliments on. In Readers
workshop we have been doing a word work

The Human Body

2. 3JO has been working on a unit called the human body, so far
we have written thick and thin questions about the human
body and the most popular questions first. The human body is
a fun and interesting unit. 3JO has learnt about systems and
how they connect to the human body in some kind of way
(we have tested a bicycle, coffee maker, harmonica, electric
circits and a broken computer with lots of wires the human
body has lots of different parts that work together to make you.
