Kenya has significant regional and gender disparities in education. Cultural norms view girls as homemakers rather than students, and many girls must stay home to care for siblings due to HIV/AIDS or poverty. The health care system is underfunded and women face abuse and detention for inability to pay bills. Many laws discriminate against women in areas like inheritance and violence. Marital rape is still not criminalized and enforcement of laws against sexual violence are lacking, though female genital mutilation is illegal since 2001 despite continuing due to tradition.

Maternal mortality is the death of a woman during or shortly after pregnancy, with major direct causes being hemorrhage, infection, high blood pressure, unsafe abortion, and obstructed labor. In 2008, 358,000 maternal deaths occurred worldwide, with 99% in developing countries and over half in Sub-Saharan Africa and one-third in South Asia. The UN aims to reduce maternal mortality by 75% by improving access to reproductive healthcare services and family planning. Many women lack such access due to poverty and inability to reach facilities, resulting in unassisted home births. Economy report of UAE . this report is only for United Arab Emirates. This project shows you how to make proper economy report for any country. Students who study Economy at university, they really need to read this report. I call it project because it's huge of information and it's complete.
This report discusses the role of management in safety. It outlines five key steps to successful safety management: setting a policy, organizing staff, planning and setting standards, measuring performance, and learning from experience through audits and reviews. Risk assessment methods are described including identifying hazards, deciding who may be harmed, evaluating risks, recording findings, and reviewing assessments. Total quality management elements are also discussed including management commitment, goal setting, engineering controls, training, accident investigation, and employee safety committees. The relationship between total quality management and safety management is emphasized.
This document discusses corrosion in desalination plants, focusing on multi-stage flash distillation plants. Severe corrosion occurs due to the operating environment of seawater, gases, and fast moving liquids. Flash chambers experience high corrosion rates due to violent brine flashing, high chloride content, and high copper in recirculating brine. Material selection is important to prevent corrosion and achieve long design lives of 40-50 years for desalination plants. Both historical experience and emerging technologies like multi-effect distillation must be considered to optimize materials.

I was very excited and honored to present a 3-hour workshop at the Viterbi Hacker House at USC, which is where I went to college, around growth hacking and marketing for startups. Always fun connecting with students and being able to give back to my school.
We answered:
Is growth that important?
What is growth hacking?
How do I get started with marketing and growth hacking?
How do I prioritize everything?
What is product/market fit?
What is the customer lifecycle?
Why do growth hacks fall into either acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, or referral buckets?
What are growth hacking and marketing examples from work?
What are 100+ examples of growth hacks at each stage?
How can they implement some of these today? Including onstage breakdowns of USC companies, including EnvoyNow.co and Bezalel.co
