New Grant Programmes from the
FoundationThe Skolkovo Foundation offers a new flexible and prompt funding system – MICROGRANTS in
amounts of up to 1.5 million RUB aimed at solving specific objectives within the framework of
undertaking research and product commercialisation.
This funding is only available to Skolkovo Project Participants

Microgrants’ key parameters
Objective
The provision of funds for concrete actions (4 programmes)
Funding is not provided for operating expenses (lease, payroll budget, etc.)

2. Transfer of PCT application to the national phase abroad
3. Patent mapping development within the framework of the implemented project

5. Agreements for the disposition of rights (licenses, acquisition of rights, R&D, etc.)
Prohibited expenses
1. Fees for patent maintenance
2. Foreign patenting in breach of the requirements set forth by Art. 1395 of the Civil Code
3. Registration of trade marks
and other actions not included in the aforementioned list

2. Manufacturing of prototype body frame by 3D printing and/or mechanical processing
3. Industrial design of prototype.
