This letter provides information for a Russian national Muaythai team participating in the 2016 IFMA Muaythai World Championship in Jönköping, Sweden from May 16-30. It lists 52 officials and athletes on the Russian team and details accommodations, meals, and insurance coverage provided for all participating national teams. Letter of Participation
The 16th to 30th of May 2016 will the IFMA Muaythai world championship take place in
Jönköping, Sweden. To participate nations in need of visa to enter Sweden will provide this
letter to provide information of the team current registered for the event.

2. A MEMBER OF / RECOGNISED BY
All participating members of a national team will with their ‘registration/accommodation
fee’ have breakfast from the hotel all days and lunch and dinner served each day at the
arena each day of competition. Accommodations will be provided at an hotel in Jönköping,
assigned hotel can be provided from booking@muaythaiwc2016.com if needed for the
application. Else will hotel allocated for the team be sent to the team no later than the end of
April. Included for all athletes and officials from every national team, are insurance covering
a) emergency medical care (up to € 50 000),
b) first aid, if injury or sickness obtained during visit to the event (up to € 5 000),
c) in case of death, all costs in Sweden including transportation to country of origin (up to
€ 5 000),
d) cancellation due to sickness, injury or medical condition that makes participator unable
to attend or travel to the event, before event start, (up to € 5 000).
A copy of this letter will also be sent to the office handling the visa application for this nation.
