Public Cloud Partition Using Load Status Evaluation and Cloud Division RulesIJSRD
with growth of cloud computing load balancing is important impact on performance. Cloud computing efficiency depends on good load balancer. Many type of situation occur that time cloud partitioning is done by load balancer. Different type of situation needed different type of strategies for public cloud portioning using load balancer.in this paper we work on, partition of public cloud using two type of situation first is load status evaluation and second is cloud division rules. Load status evaluation is measure in number of cloudlets arrives at datacenter and cloud divisions rules are based on cloudlet come from which geographical location. On the basis of geographical location we partition public cloud and improve performance of load balancing in cloud computing. We implement proposed system with help of cloudsim3.0 simulator.
Avoid Collision And Broadcasting Delay In Multi-Hop CR Ad Hoc Network Using S...IJSRD
Cognitive networks enable efficient sharing of the radio spectrum. Control signals used to setup a communication and broadcast to the neighbors in their particular channels of operation. This paper deals with broadcasting challenge specially in multi-hop CR ad hoc networks under practical scenario with collision avoidance have been address. Exchanging control information is a critical problem in cognitive radio networks. Selective broadcasting in multi-hop cognitive radio network in which control information is broadcast over pre-selected set of channels. We introduce the idea of neighbor graphs and minimal neighbor graphs to obtain the necessary set of channels for broadcast. Selective broadcasting reduces the delay in disseminate control information and yet assures successful transmission of information to all its neighbors. It is also confirmed that selective broadcasting reduces redundancy in control information and hence reduces network traffic.

Molecular Characterization of Isolated Methyl Parathion Degrading Bacteria an...IJSRD
The burning problem in present era is pesticide residue in fruits and foods. present study focus on degradation of pesticide in contest to that total 45 methyl parathion(MP) degrading bacteria were isolated from sludge of MP producing industrial waste. According to screening 21 highly efficient pesticide degraders were selected at 500ppm concentration of standard methyl parathion as a sole carbon source. All isolates were characterized by RAPD and based on the RAPD result all 21 bacterial isolates were grouped in to 2 main clusters with 58% similarity. Characterization of MP degrading gene was carried out by using specific primer. Out of 21 isolates, 14 isolates were containing mpd gene and 4 isolates were containing opd gene while remaining 3 isolates which did not show amplification with opd/ mpd primer so it may contain other unreported gene responsible for methyl parathion degradation. Isolates were identified based on 16s rRNA sequence and one highly efficient bacterium selected for genome characterization.
