Un'applicazione degli studi della finanza comportamentale sugli errori di previsione degli analisti finanziari sugli EPS di società quotate italiane. I risultati ottenuti mostrano la presenza di un eccessivo ottimismo nelle previsioni. Dall’istogramma di pagina 4 e 5 si vede che per le 70 società quotate del campione, la maggior parte dei valori sono negativi e in particolare nel 2009. Nella pagina seguente, la tabella mostra un errore di previsione crescente in valore assoluto e stesso discorso vale per il grado di dispersione. Questo perché nei periodi di crisi, gli analisti non “sembrano” capaci di prevederne gli effetti sugli utili delle società analizzate e data la tendenza verso l’ottimismo, l’errore di previsione è ancora più elevato, contribuendo ad amplificare la percezione della crisi.. Confrontando i risultati per settore attraverso il calcolo dell’errore di previsione medio, come mostrato dalla tabella di pagina 7, si vede chiaramente che la tendenza all’ottimismo è generalizzata. Osservando infine la relazione tra dimensione delle società, espressa dalla capitalizzazione di Borsa, e l’errore di previsione, si nota che all’aumentare della dimensione il grado di accuratezza migliora, sia perché gli analisti tendono a seguire società più grandi e profittevoli poiché il livello atteso di commissione è più elevato ma sia perché questo società hanno livello di trasparenza più stringenti con la conseguenza di un maggior numero di informazioni trasferite al mercato. Questo comporta uno shock sul mercato azionario italiano data la presenza prevalente di una struttura di medie-piccole imprese. Questi risultati sono dovuti, secondo gli studi di finanza comportamentale, per la presenza di errori cognitivi e trappole mentali, in particolare gli analisti sarebbero caratterizzati da overconfidence ossia dall’eccessiva fiducia in sé stessi e nelle proprie capacità predittive, da “ancoraggio” e dal “senno di poi” che li porterebbero ad attaccarsi a determinati dati e cifre e a ritenere che quelle possano essere quelle esatte per prevedere andamenti futuri. Dato questo contesto, per cercare di ridurre queste imperfezioni e di conseguenza l’inefficienza del mercato risulta fondamentale strutturare meglio la regolamentazione finanziaria attraverso un mix di educazione finanziaria, regole di disclosure adeguate, nonché l’incentivazione della consulenza finanziaria al servizio del cliente e non tanto agli interessi dell’intermediario, secondo le prescrizioni della finanza comportamentale.

В статистических данных,

Петербурге в 1912 году,
подчеркивается, что деревни

каждую четверть века. За полвека, с
1860 по 1910, только в европейской
части России было официально
зарегистрировано 2 миллиона
пожаров, которыми уничтожено
свыше 6,5 миллионов крестьянских
дворов, чем причинен ущерб на
несколько миллиардов рублей
золотом.
С 12 по 19 век Москва выгорала
частично или полностью около 60
раз.
8. • Можно с уверенностью сказать, что в настоящее время пожары возникают в
10 раз больше, чем 100 лет назад. Только ежегодно их происходит около 300
тысяч. Пожарами наносится значительный экономический ущерб, который
часто становится катастрофическим (пожары на нефтяных месторождениях,
химических предприятиях, атомных электростанциях и др.)
ЗАДУМАЙТЕСЬ: За 2012 год в Минске произошло 380 пожаров, в огне погибло 29
человек, травмы различной степени тяжести получили 96 человек, из них четверо детей.
На пожары и загорания подразделения МЧС столицы выезжали более 2000 раз.
Основными причинами пожаров и загораний являются:
• -неосторожное обращение с огнем – 196 выездов,
• -нарушение правил эксплуатации электросетей и электрооборудования – 486 выезда,
• -пища на плите 675 выездов.
Каждый день на Центр оперативного управления «101» поступают сообщения о пожаре
в подъезде либо возгорании в мусоросборнике жилого дома. С начала года в г. Минске
произошло 569 возгораний мусора в местах общего пользования жилых домов. Кто-то
бросил непогашенный окурок или спичку в мусоросборник и вследствие этих действий
- пожар.

пожара
10. Для предупреждения возгораний в жилище необходимо
соблюдать несложные правила пожарной безопасности.
Вот некоторые из них:
• не оставлять включенными электроприборы (утюг,
электрический чайник, паяльник и т.д.)
• не включать в одну розетку одновременно несколько мощных
потребителей электроэнергии, а также не перегружать розетку.
• не применять бенгальские огни, хлопушки, свечи и другие
пиротехнические изделия в квартирах.
• не устраивать игры со спичками, другими не затушенными
предметами и всеми легковоспламеняющимися предметами.
• не использовать бензин для растопки печи.
• не заправлять керосиновые приборы во время их горения.
11. • Ядовитый дым.
• Высокая температура.
• Плохая видимость.
• Паника и растерянность.
• Поражение электрическим током.
• Обрушение конструкций.

12. Правила поведения при пожаре
• Если в жилище начался пожар не надо паниковать:
спокойно, но быстро обесточьте очаг пожара.
• Затем накройте очаг пледом или другой тканью (лучше
мокрой), обожмите со всех сторон, ограничив тем самым
доступ воздуха.
• Быстро выведите из жилища маленьких детей, домашних
животных и приступайте к тушению пожара.
• Если Если же пожар усиливается, то позвоните в
пожарное отделение по "101" и быстро и четко сообщите
ваше имя и домашний адрес.
13. • Немедленно покиньте здание, используя для этого основные и
запасные выходы.
• Сохраняйте самообладание, способность быстро оценивать
обстановку и принимать правильные решения.
• Проходя через горящие помещения, накройтесь с головой
мокрой материей, через задымлённые помещения двигайтесь
ползком или пригнувшись – меньше вероятность задохнуться
в дыму.
• Если на вас загорелась одежда, не пытайтесь бежать, а
постарайтесь сбить пламя, перекатываясь на полу, или, если
есть возможность, затушить водой.
• Для защиты от продуктов горения дышите через влажный
платок, ткань.
• При выходе из здания по задымлённой лестнице
продвигайтесь вдоль стены.
14. Ликвидация и локализация
пожара
- Надо знать, что почти все пожары исключая возникшие из-за
взрывов, бывают вначале небольшими, их легко затушить..
Поэтому следует быстро реагировать на возгорание,
используя все доступные средства для тушения огня ( вода,
мокрая тряпка, песок ). Горящие легковоспламеняющиеся
жидкости тушить водой неэффективно. Лучше
воспользоваться куском плотной мокрой ткани.
- При опасности поражения электрическим током отключите
электроэнергию.
- Отключите газ, если же такой имеется.
- При пожаре не открывайте окна и двери, поток воздуха
только усилит огонь.
- Если не можете потушить пожар сами, то сообщите
пожарной службе.
15. При пожаре нельзя
• Оценивать слишком высоко свои силы.
• Рисковать жизнью, спасая собственность.
• Быть занятым в погашении огня, не вызвав предварительно пожарную
бригаду.
• Погашать горящие электроприборы, которые находятся под
напряжением, поливая их водой.
• Прятаться в труднодоступные места и т.п.
• Пытаться выйти через лестничную клетку, когда в ней много дыма.
• Пользоваться лифтом; спускаться с этажей выше третьего при
помощи разных верёвок и прочих приспособлений.
• Открывать оконные и дверные проемы (это обеспечит приток воздуха
и усилит пожар).
• Выпрыгивать из окон.
• Бояться и паниковать.
16. Вызов по телефону пожарной
команды
Если где-то задымится,
Если что-то загорится,
По тревоге как один,
Позвоним по «101».
И ближайшему району
Позвоним по телефону.
Где горит и что горит,
И кто об этом говорит!
Каждый из нас, заметив пожар, должен немедленно
сообщить об этом в пожарную часть.
17. Задача каждого - суметь грамотно
сообщить о пожаре
• назвать адрес, по которому
произошло возгорание;
• назвать свой номер
телефона;
• назвать свою фамилию;
• указать, на каком этаже
горит;
• подсказать, как лучше
подъехать к дому;
• сколько подъездов в доме.
19. Придя домой вечером, вы почувствовали запах
газа. Ваши действия?
1. Включите свет, позвоните по телефону
«104».
2. Сообщите соседям, и от них позвоните в
газовую службу.
3. Откроете окна и двери, перекроете газ.
