장기 수리를 맡겨야 하면 고쳐진 차를 가지러 다시 카센터까지 가는 것이 굉장히 귀찮고 불편하다.

장기기간 수리를 맡기는 경우에는 여러번 집과 카센터 사이를 왔다갔다해야 하는 불
편함이 있다.
연식이 오래된 차일 수록 부품의 노후로 인한 부품교체가 잦다. 이때 교체 비용이 꽤
들어 소비자는 제품의 정확한 가격에 대해 궁금해 할 수 있으며, 같은 제품이라도 회
사나 종류 중고의 차이에 따라 가격이 달라지지만 소비자는 이 정보를 자세히 알 수
없다. 또한 오래된 차의 부품이 카센터에 없는 경우가 있다.
차에 대해 잘 모르는 사람의 경우 정비사의 설명을 잘 이해하지 못하는 경우가 있다.
그렇기에 무작정 수용하게 된다.
