The aim of this research is to examine the influence of organizational culture on the efficiency of workers at the Local Government with the case study of municipality of Egaleo. Through the development of this work will be emerged the importance of organizational culture and the role it can play in the proper functioning of organisms.
In order to achieve the purpose of this essay, this qualitative aspect of organizational culture was chosen to be approached in a quantitative way following the stream of positivism. With the help of the productive method, this research aims to draw conclusions, which are both practically feasible to be reclaimed at a management level and to be useful to offer at the hard work they are to perform the Local Government Organizations.
Through research are eventually emerged findings, which provide information on the current and desired culture of employees of the Municipality of Egaleo while is reflected and their efficiency in performing their tasks. Finally, an answer is given to the crucial question which is a key objective of this research and which is none other than whether and how much organizational culture affects the efficiency of the employees in Local Government Organizations such as the Municipality of Egaleo.
