1. SRMS CET, Bareilly completes MBA placements for Class 2017
The MBA graduating class of Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering &
Technology (SRMS-CET), Bareilly has seen yet another successful placement year.
Class of 2017 saw 100% placements with the batch attracting marquee Indian and
MNC recruiters.
Most of the students received more than one offer. The highest package on offer
this year was Rs 6.5 lacs p.a. while the average was Rs 3.6 lacs p.a. The average
package offered on campus has consistently grown every year, starting from Rs
1.5 lacs p.a. in 2008. The recruiter base has also seen consistent improvement
over time. Some of the well-known companies hiring this year included Kotak
Securities, Policy Bazaar, ICICI Securities, and Tata Capital.
The successful outcome of the placement season, as well as the ability to attract
quality recruiters, is the result of the nature of the program delivered by SRMS-
CET. As per the Institute, rigorous placement preparation, industry related
certifications, and experience in internships and project work have provided the
students with the necessary skills to position themselves well in terms of industry
needs.
