1. Planning, Analysis, Design And Scheduling of 3Storeyed
Apartment. (B.E project)
In this work I planned,analysed and designed a multi storeyed
apartment with all modern facilities. The building was desiged as per IS
specifications and relevant codes of practice were followed. The frames
were analysed by “Substitute frame method”. The design of various
structural members were done using the limit state method confirming to
the specifications of IS 456-2000.Structural designs of beams and
columns were done completely with design and analysis software-
STAAD-Pro while load calculations and structural designs of slabs
,staircases , and foundation were done manually with the following
assumptions-
*M 30 Concrete Mix
*Fe 415 Grade HYSD steel for reinforcements.
2. Treatment of dairy wastewater using aeration and natural coagulation.( M.Tech project)
Biological and chemical treatment of dairy waste water by adding natural coagulants such as chick pea
and cactus to the aeration tank of hybrid system in different dosages and finding the improved removal
efficiency of COD, Ammonia nitrogen & Phosphate.

Kerala Water Authority (KWA) is responsible for the design, construction, execution, operation and
maintenance of most of the water supply schemes and also for the collection and disposal of the waste water in
the State of Kerala. I underwent our industrial training at KWA in different departments such as Quality Control
Division, Non-Revenue Water Division, Project Division, JICA office and Head Works Division for a period of
45 days.
2.An industrial visit done in projects of “SMR Holdings(Vinay Fountainhead), in Hyderabad” as well as
“Peekay Steel Castings ltd in Kozhikode” and “Water treatment plant in Malappuram”
