This document outlines the terms and conditions of a competition organized by Deezer for its users in Singapore. It details eligibility requirements, entry procedures, prize information, and the competition timeline which runs from April 23rd to May 19th. Two winners will be selected who correctly answer questions and are deemed eligible. The prizes are two pairs of movie tickets valued at 20 SGD each. Personal information of entrants will be used to administer the competition and may be used for marketing purposes if opted-in to.

This
competition
(“Competition”)
is
organized
by
Blogmusik
SAS
(“Deezer”)
and
is
open
to
all
Deezer
users
in
Singapore.
Employees
(or
family
members
of
employees)
of
any
group
company
of
Deezer,
companies
associated
with
the
Competition
and
all
affiliates
of
such
companies
may
not
enter
this
Competition.
2.
Entrant
will
be
deemed
to
have
accepted
these
Terms
and
Conditions
and
agreed
to
be
bound
by
them
when
entering
this
Competition.
3.
Deezer
reserves
the
right
to
amend
these
Terms
and
Conditions
at
any
time.
4.
In
order
to
be
an
eligible
entry
for
the
Competition,
the
entrant
needs
to
answer
to
three
(3)
questions
(available
on
the
dedicated
page
to
the
Competition
accessible
on
www.deezer.com).
Entrants
must
provide
the
following
information:
full
name,
postal
address,
city,
mobile
number,
and
e-­‐mail
address.

per

Entries
received
after
the
Closing
Date
will
not
be
counted.
Proof
of
submission
of
an
entry
will
not
constitute
proof
of
delivery
and
no
responsibility
will
be
accepted
for
lost,
corrupted,
delayed
or
mislaid
entries.
8.
Deezer
does
not
accept
responsibility
for
network,
computer,
hardware
or
software
failures
of
any
kind,
which
may
restrict
or
delay
the
sending
or
receipt
of
an
entry.
Entries
must
not
be
sent
in
through
agents
or
third
parties.
Incomplete
entries,
and
entries
which
do
not
satisfy
the
requirements
of
these
Terms
and
Conditions,
will
be
disqualified
and
will
not
be
counted.
9.
Two
(2)
persons
who
have
made
a
complete,
correct
and
eligible
entry,
received
before
the
Closing
Date,
will
be
selected
by
Deezer
Singapore,
and
shall
be
designated
as
the
winners
of
the
Competition.
10.
Deezer
will
notify
the
winners
by
direct
email,
to
be
sent
at
the
same
email
address
that
used
for
entering
the
Competition.
The
winners
have
to
confirm
receipt
of
the
message
within
24
hours
of
it
being
sent.
Deezer
will
publish
the
winners’
names
on
its
Facebook
page.
11.
Prizes.
a)
The
winners
will
receive
the
following
prize:
• Two
(2)
pairs
of
tickets
to
watch
the
movie
Spring
Breakers,
out
in
theatres
on
May
2nd.
Each
pair
of
tickets
is
worth
20
Singaporean
Dollars
(20
SGD)
VAT
included.
b) There
is
no
cash
alternative
to
the
Prize
(or
any
part
of
them).
c) The
Prize
(or
any
part
of
them)
is
non-­‐refundable
and
non-­‐transferable.
The
winners
are
responsible
for
all
expenses
associated
with
the
collection
and
use
of
the
Prize.

If
the
winners
are
not
able,
for
any
reason,
to
accept
the
Prize,
or
cannot
be
contacted
by
email
or
does
not
confirm
receipt
of
Deezer’s
message
mentioned
in
Section
10.
of
the
present
Terms
&
Conditions
within
24
hours
of
it
being
sent,
Deezer
reserves
the
right
to
award
the
Prize
to
another
eligible
entrant.
13.
Except
in
the
case
of
death
or
personal
injury
arising
from
its
negligence,
or
in
respect
of
fraud,
and
so
far
as
is
permitted
by
law,
Deezer
and
its
associated
companies
and
agents
exclude
responsibility
and
all
liabilities
arising
from:
a)
Any
postponement
or
cancellation
of
the
Competition,
and
b)
Any
changes
to,
supply
of
(including,
without
limitation,
prizes
which
do
not
reach
the
intended
recipient),
or
use
of
the
Prize,
and
c)
Any
act
or
default
of
any
third
party
supplier,
which
are
beyond
Deezer’s
reasonable
control.
14.
Winners
agree
to
allow
Deezer
to
use
its
name
and
likeness
for
advertising
and
publicity
purposes
without
any
remuneration.
15.
Apart
from
the
above
use
of
winners’
name,
Deezer
will
use
the
winners’
personal
details
for
the
purpose
of
administering
this
Competition.

16.
If
the
entrant
has
opted
in,
Deezer
and
its
business
partners
may
use
the
details
he
gives
in
the
entry
form
to
contact
the
entrant
for
marketing
purposes
by
phone,
post,
email
and/or
SMS.
17.
This
Competition,
and
any
dispute
or
claim
arising
out
of
or
in
connection
with
it,
shall
be
governed
by
and
construed
in
accordance
with
the
law
of
France.
The
entrant
irrevocably
agrees
that
the
courts
of
France
shall
have
exclusive
jurisdiction
to
settle
any
dispute
or
claim
that
arises
out
of
or
in
connection
with
this
Competition.
