This document outlines the terms and conditions of a competition hosted by Deezer, a music streaming service. It details eligibility requirements, entry rules, prizes, and privacy policies. The top 26 streamers of a particular artist's music during the competition period will win prizes that include a dinner with the artist, CDs and merchandise packages. 1. Slank- Competition’s Terms and Conditions
1. This competition (“Competition”) is organized by Blogmusik SAS (“Deezer”) and is open to all
Deezer users. Employees (or family members of employees) of any group company of Deezer,
companies associated with the Competition and all affiliates of such companies may not enter this
Competition.
2. Entrant will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and agreed to be bound by
them when entering this Competition.
3. Deezer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
4. In order to be an eligible entry for the Competition, the entrant needs to log in or register to its
Deezer account, then go to the SlankArtist Page accessible at the
URL:http://www.deezer.com/artist/455339.
The 26top streamers will be awarded winners of the contest. In order for the entry to be considered
as complete, entrants must be Deezer users, and have listened to Slank’s discography during the
period of the contest.
5. Maximum of one entry per person.
6. Starting Date: February 6th 2014 12PM GMT+8.
7. Closing Date: March 6th, 2014, 5.00 PM GMT+8. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be
counted.
8. Deezer does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any
kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of an entry. Entries must not be sent in
through agents or third parties. Incomplete entries, and entries which do not satisfy the
requirements of these Terms and Conditions, will be disqualified and will not be counted.
9. Twenty-six (26)persons that have made a complete, correct and eligible entry, received before the
Closing Date, will be selected and shall be designated as the winners of the Competition.
10. Deezer will notify the winners by email, to be sent respectively at the email address registered by
the entrants on Deezer.com, on March 10th, 2014.Each winner has to confirm receipt of the message
within 24 hours of it being sent.
11. Prizes.
a) 1st Prize : DinnerwithSlank.
b) 2nd Prize : 5 CDs of SlankNggak Ada Matinyaautographed by Slankworth Rp 100.000 each.
c) 3rd Prize : 5CD Packages of JurusTandur No 18 consisting of CD’s and t-shirt’sworthRp 40.000
each.
d) 4th Prize : 5 DVDsSlank - Java Jazz worthRp 75.000 each.
e) 5th Prize : 10 Slankmerchandise Packages consisting of Slow but Sure cassette, brief and HP
case worthRp20.000 each.
f) There is no cash alternative to the Prizes (or any part of them).
g) The Prizes (or any part of them) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. The winnersand their guests are responsible for all expenses associated with the collection and use
of the Prizes, including but not limited to any travel, accommodation and meal and drink costs.
12. If any of the winners is not able, for any reason, to accept the Prize, or cannot be contacted by
direct message or does not confirm receipt of Deezer’s message mentioned in Section 10. of the
present Terms & Conditions within 24 hours of it being sent, Deezer reserves the right to award the
Prizeto another eligible entrant.
13. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud,
and so far as is permitted by law, Deezer and its associated companies and agents exclude
responsibility and all liabilities arising from:
a) Any postponement or cancellation of the Competition, and
b) Any changes to, supply of (including, without limitation, prizes which do not reach the
intended recipient), or use of the Prize, and
c) Any act or default of any third party supplier, which are beyond Deezer’s reasonable
control.
14. Winners agree to allow Deezer to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity
purposes without any remuneration.
15. Apart from the above use of winners’ names, Deezer will use each winner’s, and each entrant’s,

16. If the entrant has opted in, Deezer and its business partners may use the details he gives in the
entry form to contact the entrant for marketing purposes by phone, post, email and/or SMS.
17. This Competition, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be
governed by and construed in accordance with the law of France. The entrant irrevocably agrees that
the courts of France shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of
or in connection with this Competition.
