- Thank you Marc for today’s presentation & everything , He has been a real mentor to me for the past 15 years in the sealing industry and Marc had once couple of years ago asked me some very soul searching questions about Spareage, which has given me a lot of clarity today to structure the future plans of my company . For the knowledge of all attendees here I will give a little background about the company, We are a 55 years old Oil seals & Hydraulic seals manufacturing company with completely integrated manufacturing plants . With Sales worldwide for a range of sectors .
- Now for all EUSGA friends with whom I would like to update share the recent development to all together . The parent company Spareage has gone through a split – 100% ownership by DS. Of Spareage Sealing solutions. Thane plant (of which I would like show more slides) Worldwide sales(exports from India) Suebel Belgian company . - The Local Sales and Belt business is still being held jointly by the family .
- Low down of all on screen. Not manufacturing - Belts & Standard high quantity seals . Or stocking and competing with any other stockists of seals .
- Our own Rubber compouding, Making our own moulds and moulding up to 3 mtrs in all materials .
- Costings would be more effective as lesser overheads of producing/stocking standard parts Very effective for 1) non standard special developments 2) and standard profiles where new tooling has to be made ( which the taiwanese are not making million pieces of the Standard ISO/DIN sizes .)

- Me & my company’s strength is production and not distribution . For Suebel/Spareage . Work closely with local distributors to connect to service our present MRO and give with our solutions Contract in place for local distributor and connect with current MRO. Just commitments for area and the distributor name , as Otto olsen for Norway since so many years . Valid contracts in place with 100% commitment from our end. Committing to sales figures. Lets grow together , To add our focus will be on global sales , Aus , Middle East , Asia , us canada . Only follow that model worldwide . Including UK. Dubai going to be the next production base .
