complex change at scale. For Planning Transformation
(PT), the key factors for success were managing a
multi-year implementation (with business simulation
and phased activation) while sustaining momentum
over a multi-year timeline. Program success depended
on preparing and education teams for a new way of
doing business. The tool had to:
 Communicate with stakeholders using a “high touch”
strategy to inform, build awareness and confidence;
 Provide quick and easy access to information which
can be shared up, down and across the organization;
 Instantly push timely & targeted information;
 Measure business readiness and analyze stakeholder
responsiveness;
 Deliver quick updates using CMS and custom push
notifications to various audiences to ensure key
information was shared when necessary
