保持清爽愉快地心情。
因此除了提供新鮮、健康的餐點，也希望透
過乾淨明亮的作業空間，讓顧客能夠⼀一目瞭
然地看見餐點的製作過程，以及我們對細節
使用輕薄的平板作為點餐跟結帳的界面 的要求。
所以除了員工作業時配戴的各種維護食品潔
淨的用具外，為了減少工作空間的各種難以
清潔的
縫隙，我們採用了各種先進的工具跟科技，
例如洗手台採用了好清理的觸控式的導水系
統，工作台跟製物架的設計...

選擇了 Soltii，它使用輕薄的平板作為點餐
跟結帳的界面，並透過無線網路將清單分別
傳給負責餐點跟飲料的同事，縮短料理時
程，同時也確保食物的新鮮。

9. Requirements
• 光線明亮活潑，以暖色系為主。
• 影片節奏明快，大約⼀一個畫面1~3秒。
• 盡量用英文訪問，另外上中文字幕。
• 訪問內容採先訪問後剪接的方式，不要用背台詞的方式，比較自然。
• 前面受訪者內容僅為大致方向參考，屆時盡量讓受訪者自行表達。內容的方向
會先跟店長溝通。經營理念部分，以其原始理念為主。
• 可能的話安排店長跟⼀一位店員受訪，不要都同⼀一個人講比較好。
• 盡量安排⼀一到兩位顧客受訪。以減短不影響流暢度跟影片長度為前提。
• 考量到收音效果，店長訪問可能找其它安靜的場地進行。
