SOHO Hongkou is a mixed-use development in Shanghai designed by Kengo Kuma Architects. The building features a simple cubic form with a gridded facade that allows for flexible floorplans and maximizes natural light and ventilation. A central courtyard brings light and greenery into the building while activating the public spaces.
