It’s hard to break because cigarettes contain nicotine. When a body gets an amount of nicotine it become addicted and finds it difficult to leave.
5. There are many ways to quit smoking but these methods will not help you if you don’t have determination to quit. Next, reduce the number of cigarette in a day. Moreover, you can reward yourself for stopping smoking by do something you like or buy something special to you .Quitting smoke is a hard challenge for you so you must keep trying. 6. In summary, smoking can cause many bad things such as lung cancer and heart attacks. There are many ways help you to quit smoking. In my opinion knowing what smoking can do to our bodies can help us to make a decision about smoking and it’s never too late to stop smoking if you have strong determination.
