  • #3 Training can be the difference between being last in the race and having the championship plate.
  • #4 Aldon Baker (top) had trained the three multi-time champions James Stewart (bottom left), Ricky Carmichael (bottom middle), and Ryan Villopoto (bottom right).
  • #5 Training for dirt bike riding takes exercises that work multiple muscle groups at a time such as cleans and riding a bicycle. Exercises that focus on isolating one muscle group at a time don’t help with riding, although they tone muscles better. Isolation workouts are ideal for body building.
  • #16 Arm pump causes a rider’s forearms to become “as hard as cement.”
