Slideshare allows users to store presentations up to 20MB and convert them to a flash format with an assigned URL. This lets presentations be viewed from any computer and more easily shared with colleagues, as it allows sending large presentations that would be difficult via email. Users can also comment on and classify presentations with tags. However, presentations on Slideshare are static and do not support sound, animations or the ability to expand on the information as with an in-person presenter. Format incompatibilities may also cause alterations when uploading to Slideshare.

It allows us to store files of up to 20 MB of space with our
presentations, adding name, description, and tags. The
possibility of files in pdf format is also supported. Once our
presentation is stored and processed, it is converted into a
flash format and assigned a URL.
