4.  CENTRAL FOUNTAIN

a fountain with a birdbath in
the central area of the plot,
being the main focal point of
the landscape design.

Reference showcasing the seating design which will be circular with
irregular paving acting as walk path while also not compromising on the
lawn space, benches(img 2) in place of the chairs in the above referred
picture. The fire pit in the reference image above to be replaced with
water fountain.

6.  TREES AND SHRUBS
A short tree around each bench and shrubs surrounding each tree
trunk for lush and colorful look.
