Zapp is an electric vehicle rideshare service with a fleet of electric kick scooters, mopeds, and bicycles. Users can rent the vehicles using the Zapp app and return them to designated locations on college campuses and downtown areas. The vehicles have built-in speakers that provide greetings, ads, and music to users from SiriusXM. Zapp aims to provide a cleaner, safer, and more organized alternative to other rideshare companies through designated parking areas, safety features on the vehicles like cameras and lights, required user training, and an on-call safety crew.
