TRACEABILITY

PRODUCTION RECORDED MINUTE-BY-MINUTE
SIMBA records production as it happens. The easy-to-use
touch-screen provides variable product data, and allows for
weight calculation by glaze, gel pack, box tare, manual entry,
or directly from a scale.
ACCURATE INVENTORY
SIMBA keeps detailed inventory records including recording any
Re-Box activities. The label defines each box’s Attributes (Size,
Grade, Weight, Etc.) and Inventory can be tracked by multiple
storage locations.
SHIPPING INFORMATION IN DETAIL
With the Van Loading feature, SIMBA records which carton or
pallet was loaded on what van. A bill of lading and a manifest
are created with weight automatically calculated.
