Mental health has been in the news quite a bit lately. Dozens of U.S. states are currently suing Meta for contributing to the youth mental health crisis by inserting addictive features into their products, while the U.S. Surgeon General is touring the nation to bring awareness to the growing epidemic of loneliness and isolation. The country has endured periods of low national morale, such as in the 1970s when high inflation and the energy crisis worsened public sentiment following the Vietnam War. The current mood, however, feels different. Gallup recently reported that national mental health is at an all-time low, with few bright spots to lift spirits.
To better understand how Americans are feeling and their attitudes towards mental health in general, ThinkNow conducted a nationally representative quantitative survey of 1,500 respondents and found some interesting differences among ethnic, age and gender groups.
Technology
For example, 52% agree that technology and social media have a negative impact on mental health, but when broken out by race, 61% of Whites felt technology had a negative effect, and only 48% of Hispanics thought it did.
While technology has helped us keep in touch with friends and family in faraway places, it appears to have degraded our ability to connect in person. Staying connected online is a double-edged sword since the same news feed that brings us pictures of the grandkids and fluffy kittens also feeds us news about the wars in Israel and Ukraine, the dysfunction in Washington, the latest mass shooting and the climate crisis.
Hispanics may have a built-in defense against the isolation technology breeds, owing to their large, multigenerational households, strong social support systems, and tendency to use social media to stay connected with relatives abroad.
Age and Gender
When asked how individuals rate their mental health, men rate it higher than women by 11 percentage points, and Baby Boomers rank it highest at 83%, saying it’s good or excellent vs. 57% of Gen Z saying the same.
Gen Z spends the most amount of time on social media, so the notion that social media negatively affects mental health appears to be correlated. Unfortunately, Gen Z is also the generation that’s least comfortable discussing mental health concerns with healthcare professionals. Only 40% of them state they’re comfortable discussing their issues with a professional compared to 60% of Millennials and 65% of Boomers.
Race Affects Attitudes
As seen in previous research conducted by ThinkNow, Asian Americans lag other groups when it comes to awareness of mental health issues. Twenty-four percent of Asian Americans believe that having a mental health issue is a sign of weakness compared to the 16% average for all groups. Asians are also considerably less likely to be aware of mental health services in their communities (42% vs. 55%) and most likely to seek out information on social media (51% vs. 35%).

Light+ - z tego pakietu również korzystać może tylko jeden użytkownik, natomiast liczba klientów jest
nielimitowana a przestrzeń chmurowa zawiera 1 GB.
Basic – w tym pakiecie użytkowników może być aż pięciu i tak jak w poprzednim wypadku liczba
klientów jest nielimitowana. Przestrzeń chmurowa do 5 GB.
2. Premium – to najciekawszy pakiet, który zawiera nielimitowaną liczbę użytkowników oraz klientów a
miejsca w przestrzeni chmurowej otrzymujemy do 5 GB.

W tym obszarze znajduje się lista klientów indywidualnych i firmowych.
Do klienta przypisane są opcje: rozwiń, edytuj rekord oraz wyślij zaproszenie do rejestracji (rejestracja w portalu
Sigorta dedykowanym dla klientów)
Aby zdefiniować osobę ubezpieczoną na polisie należy przejść na zakładkę "Dodaj Klienta" a następnie uzupełnić
dane po czym kliknąć „Zatwierdź”
3. Na liście klientów pojawi się pozycja wprowadzonego klienta, którą możemy następnie edytować w
dowolnym momencie klikając w poniższy przycisk
lub wyświetlić szczegóły klienta klikając z ikonkę
Ta sama sytuacja ma miejsce dla klientów firmowych.
Polisy
Rodzaje polis
W aplikacji można dodawać obecnie poniższe rodzaje polis:
• Inna
• Komunikacyjna
• Majątkowa
• Na życie
4. Aby dodać nowy rodzaj polisy klikamy „Słowniki” następnie „Typy polis” po czym wpisujemy nazwę i klikamy
ikonkę „Dodaj”. Możemy sterować dodanymi przez nas typami polis do woli natomiast już istniejących typów polis
nie możemy edytować.
Ryzyka również możemy wybrać z listy bądź dodać własne. Aby dodać własny typ ryzyka klikamy „Słowniki”
następnie „Typy ryzyk” wybieramy rodzaj polisy po czym w oknie „Nazwa ryzyka” wpisujemy dowolną nazwę i
klikamy „Dodaj”. Wszystkimi typami ryzyk możemy sterować do woli.
Dodawanie polis
Aby dodać nową polisę należy rozwinąć pasek „Polisy”, następnie kliknąć „Dodaj polisę”
Wybieramy rodzaj polisy z listy, następnie klienta z listy (bądź dodajemy nowego klienta) następnie wybieramy
pojazd (bądź dodajemy nowy pojazd) i ewentualnie zaznaczamy poniżej dostępne opcje:
Po wybraniu klienta, dodajemy pojazd który zostanie przypisany bezpośrednio do klienta.
Po wypełnieniu danych pojazdu klikamy zatwierdź.
W dalszym etapie dodawania polisy, wypełniamy wymagane pola (oznaczone gwiazdką), a następnie klikamy
„Przejdź do kolejnego etapu”.
Etapem następnym jest zakładka „Raty”
5. Wybieramy liczbę rat suwakiem
Poniżej wybieramy rodzaj ryzyka, bądź kilka ryzyk (aby dodać nowe ryzyko przechodzimy do paska menu po lewej
stronie klikamy Słowniki -> Typy ryzyk i dodajemy ryzyko do odpowiedniego typu polisy).
Po wybraniu ryzyka klikamy „Przejdź do następnego etapu” w którym znajduje się podsumowanie. Jeśli wszystkie
dane zostały wypełnione przez nas poprawnie klikamy „Zatwierdź”
Lista polis
W zakładce Lista polis znajdują się wszystkie zawarte polisy. Każdą zawartą polisę można edytować w
danym momencie. Wyróżniamy poniższe informacje:
Polisę możemy wyszukać poprzez dowolną frazę. Do każdej polisy przypisana jest ikonka opcje która po
kliknięciu pozwala rozwinąć informacje o polisie lub ją edytować a także jednym kliknięciem pobrać

pliki.
7. Lista rat
Lista rat wyświetla wszystkie informacje dotyczące rat przypisanych do danego klienta. Pozwala kontrolować
harmonogram wpłat klientów oraz rozliczać raty w systemie.
Aby sprawdzić raty z danego okresu należy wybrać okres który nas interesuje (datami, okresem bądź
poprzez wyszukanie frazy) następnie kliknąć „Filtruj”
Dzięki opcji opłać i rozlicz możemy zarządzać płatnościami klientów.
Na liście rat znajdują się poniższe informacje:
• Lp (liczba porządkowa)
• Numer polisy
• Klient
• TU (nazwa towarzystwa ubezpieczeniowego)
• Kwota
• Prowizja
• Termin płatności
• Data zapłaty
Jeśli klient nie rozliczy raty w terminie z lewej strony obok numeru polisy pojawi się na czerwono ilość dni
spóźnienia.
Raty możemy opłacać oraz rozliczać po przez kliknięcie ikon znajdujących się z prawej stronie
Ikonka pozwala opłacić ratę natomiast ikonka pozwala na rozliczenie klienta.
Po kliknięciu w ikonę pozwalająca opłacić ratę, uzupełniamy datę wpłaty po czym klikamy „Opłać”
Po opłaceniu raty ikonka przypisana do danej raty zmieni kolor na zielony
Jeśli chcemy rozliczyć ratę klikamy w ikonkę pozwalającą rozliczyć ratę a następnie uzupełniamy kwotę
prowizji, datę wpłaty oraz datę rozliczenia z TU po czym klikamy „Rozlicz”
Po rozliczeniu ikonka zmieni kolor na zielony
8. Rozliczając ratę możemy uwzględnić kwotę prowizji która
następnie wyświetli się w Raportach.
Pojazdy
Aby dodać pojazd należy kliknąć przycisk „Dodaj pojazd” znajdujący się w prawym górnym rogu.
Następnie wybrać klienta z listy (lub dodać nowego klienta) 1 Po wybraniu/dodaniu Klienta markę pojazdu
oraz model można wybrać z lisy.
Następnie uzupełniamy informacje o pojeździe po czym kliknąć przycisk zatwierdź. 2
9. Raporty
Raporty pozwalają nam w prosty sposób kontrolować polisy. Pokazują liczbę zawartych polis oraz kwoty
prowizji. Rozwijając w pasku Przypis, prowizje w okresie i polisy w okresie możemy sprawdzić kwoty i rodzaje
polis zawartych w danym okresie w postaci wykresu.

W tym miejscu znajdziemy Rodzaje polis oraz Typy ryzyk.
Możemy dodać typ polisy, jak również dodać lub usunąć typ ryzyka klikając obok wybranego typu.
