• Working as the Director of Marketing and Social Media. This internship
allowed me to demonstrate my managerial abilities, which I obtained
through my previous job experience in the corporate sector.
• Conducting regular team meetings every three days and maintaining
constant contact with each and every member of the team kept me
consistent and gave me the sensation of being accountable for something
• Learned to allocate tasks according to each group member's preferences
and interests..
LEARNING OUTCOMES
• LM Basket was already up and running on the LMTSM campus.
• Our major goal was to spread the word about the firm among our
classmates, faculty residents, and CSE students.
• Because LM Basket was closed for the winter holidays, we focused on
making it socially active.
• The Android application for LM Basket was going to launch on January 1st,
2022, and our main goal was to make the launch as exciting as possible.
• To devise a strategy for creating the impression that LM Basket is working
on something fresh.
PROJECT/TRAINING OBJECTIVES
The Indian economy's fourth largest industry is fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
It is defined by high-turnover consumer packaged products, which are items that are
manufactured, delivered, advertised, and consumed in a short period of time.
Detergents, toiletries, teeth cleaning products, cosmetics, and other FMCG items now
dominate the market. Pharmaceuticals, soft drinks, packaged food goods, and
chocolates are all part of India's FMCG industry. Different corporations dominate the
market in different sub-sectors since the sector comprises a varied variety of items.
Dabur (60 percent), Colgate (54.7 percent), and Hindustan Unilever are among the
leading FMCG firms in India (54 percent ).
The fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry is one of India's most important
industries. Revenues in the FMCG sector hit $ 52.75 billion in FY18, according to an
industry overview, and are expected to reach $ 103.7 billion in 2020. The FMCG
business is a vital area for investors as India's consumption grows at an unparalleled
rate. Recognizing these changes in the FMCG industry's prominence, the Indian
government has launched a number of efforts to boost the sector.

CONTINUOUSLY IN TOUCH WITH EACH AND EVERY MEMBER OF SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM. I USED TO
MAKE POSTERS AND GIVE IDEAS ABOUT HOW CAN WE ADVERTISE OUR STARTUP AND MAKE IT
AS BRAND. THE APPLICATION GOT LIVE ON GOOGLE PLAY STORE, AND IT WAS PLANNED TO
LAUNCH ON 1ST JANUARY GIVING IT AS NEW YEAR’S GIFT TO OUR CUSTOMERS. STARTED
COUNTDOWN 7 DAYS BEFORE, I MADE FEW COUNTDOWN VIDEOS , REELS AND POSTERS. I AM
STILL WORKING ON SOME REELS EVERY DAY FOR THE APP AND TRYING TO PUT SOMETHING
NEW AND OUT OF THE BOX IN EVERY REEL. WE ALSO CREATED THE LINKEDIN PAGE FOR LM
BASKET AND MADE OUR INSTAGRAM PAGE MORE ACTIVE BY SHARING POSTS AND REELS
REGULARLY. WORKING IN THIS PROJECT GAVE A VERY INSIGHTFUL EXPERIENCE , I GOT TO
LEARN FEW NEW THINGS AND BRUSHED UP MY FEW SKILLS ALSO.

Conclusion
At the end, I would like to thank Dr. Karminder for motivating us to
launch LM Basket. By this, I have added a lot to my skill set. Learned
how to manage the work and how to get it done.
• Implemented some marketing strategies that were taught in the
class.
• Successfully promoted the company amongst our batchmates, the
faculty residents, and the CSE students through Instagram,
LinkedIn, and WhatsApp groups.
• Made the launch of the android application fascinating on 1st Jan
2022.
• Shared the link of the application in every post.
• Our application was rated 4+ stars on Play Store.

THIS INTERNSHIP IS HELPING ME TO SHOWCASE MY MARKETING ( ADVERTISING & DIGITAL MARKETING) SKILLS WHICH I HAVE GAINED FROM MY PAST EXPERIENCE WORKING IN THE CORPORATE WORLD AND ALSO FROM DOING CERTIFICATION COURSES. I USED TO PARTICIPATE AND ATTEND REGULAR MEETINGS WHICH USED TO HELD AFTER EVERY 3 DAYS, WITH OTHER TEAMMATES AND I WAS CONTINUOUSLY IN TOUCH WITH EACH AND EVERY MEMBER OF SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM. I USED TO MAKE POSTERS AND GIVE IDEAS ABOUT HOW CAN WE ADVERTISE OUR STARTUP AND MAKE IT AS BRAND. THE APPLICATION GOT LIVE ON GOOGLE PLAY STORE, AND IT WAS PLANNED TO LAUNCH ON 1ST JANUARY GIVING IT AS NEW YEAR’S GIFT TO OUR CUSTOMERS. STARTED COUNTDOWN 7 DAYS BEFORE, I MADE FEW COUNTDOWN VIDEOS , REELS AND POSTERS. I AM STILL WORKING ON SOME REELS EVERY DAY FOR THE APP AND TRYING TO PUT SOMETHING NEW AND OUT OF THE BOX IN EVERY REEL. WE ALSO CREATED THE LINKEDIN PAGE FOR LM BASKET AND MADE OUR INSTAGRAM PAGE MORE ACTIVE BY SHARING POSTS AND REELS REGULARLY. WORKING IN THIS PROJECT GAVE A VERY INSIGHTFUL EXPERIENCE , I GOT TO LEARN FEW NEW THINGS AND BRUSHED UP MY FEW SKILLS ALSO. PROJECT/TRAINING DESCRIPTION

  • 16. Conclusion At the end, I would like to thank Dr. Karminder for motivating us to launch LM Basket. By this, I have added a lot to my skill set. Learned how to manage the work and how to get it done. • Implemented some marketing strategies that were taught in the class. • Successfully promoted the company amongst our batchmates, the faculty residents, and the CSE students through Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp groups. • Made the launch of the android application fascinating on 1st Jan 2022. • Shared the link of the application in every post. • Our application was rated 4+ stars on Play Store.
