designed neighborhoods
can create more vibrant,
connected communities.
It is our dream to build
a place where neighbors
are known and to make
that normal again.

3. Shiloh Park is a lifestyle community and subdivision located
in Redding, California off Girvan Rd. It consists of 21 single-
family lots on 8.1 acres in South Redding, and will feature
two parks, a community pool, and community planting
areas on over 3 acres of common space. The architecture
will introduce modern farmhouse style homes that
emphasize idyllic design, quality finishes, and large front
porches.
6. Family.
It’s in a home where a family gathers, connects, and creates its
most precious memories. We hope Shiloh Park becomes a
place where the family can be fully expressed and where
multiple generations feel a deep sense of home.
We spent time planning features in our design
that cater intentionally to moms, dads,
grandparents, children, and students which
offer opportunity for a diverse community
and family experience.
7. Play.
We are intentionally designing play at the center of Shiloh Park’s
identity. We don’t believe it’s childish to play. To us, adults are
just bigger kids who enjoy rest, relaxation, and play. That’s
the kind of opportunity a community should provide.
We look forward to the day when children are riding
their bikes in the street, climbing walls in the natural
playground, and people are swimming laps in the
pool, enjoying lunch under the pavilion, or
grabbing a quick run on the trails. By design
play will be core to Shiloh Park culture.
8. Community.
We think traditional neighborhoods create unnecessary barriers to
building community. That’s why we designed Shiloh Park
to offer much needed private space for each family while
also offering several easy ways or neighbors to be
connected and known.
Parties in the park, impromptu swimming meet-ups,
playdates, and weekend gardening are just a few
of the ways Shiloh Park could become more
than just a bedroom for your family. And, if
those don’t fit, you could always enjoy
an evening on the front porch.
9. Stewardship.
We see value in every square foot of Shiloh Park. Rather than just
throwing up fences around all the yards, we wanted to imagine
how to best utilize the space in a way that adds to a
greater connection with one another and a better quality
of life for all.
Our plan has carved out 1.1 acres in a private easement
for community planting for a possible small vineyard,
fruit trees, vegetables, and more.
10. Our goal was to blend the timelessness of the historic farmhouse and
front porch with the contemporary joys of clean edges, thoughtful
gathering spaces, and generous light.
