17. KEEP IN MIND THE CHARACTERISTICS OF A
GOOD REVIEW
• The reviews should be as detailed and objective as possible, but
at the same time, should not be verbose.
• The reviews should be a genuine representation of the student’s
experience of the college. This experience could range from
very good to very bad, depending from person to person.
• The reviews should be honest and credible and should not
contain foul language, gibberish or be plagiarized (copied from
elsewhere).
18. CHARACTERISTICS OF A GOOD REVIEW
(CONTD.)
• The reviews should not only praise the college. Criticism is
essential as it paints a clear picture.
• Reviews by false representation can result in the brand
ambassador not getting either certificate or stipend for the entire
project. So keep track of the reviews being uploaded.
• The reviews should not be generic. As many facts must be
presented in the review.
22. EXAMPLE OF A BAD REVIEW
“College is average, but it has good infrastructure.
Faculties are very rude and few of them are not qualified
enough. Placements are decent. If someone asks me for
the college I would give a rating of 3/5. In short it is an
average college to study in .”
Please Avoid such kind of reviews
24. BEWARE OF THE REJECTION RATE
Rejection Rate = (No. of rejected reviews / Grand
Total)*100.
You should keep this rate below 25% at all times.
• You can collect maximum of 80 reviews (inclusive of the 20 - 40
which should be published/ accepted) to make up for Rejected
ones.
• The Project Manager will keep you updated on your current
rejection rates as & when approval start happening on Reviews
submitted via your link.
25. HOW DO WE COMMUNICATE WITH THE
PROJECT MANAGER?
• Once the project starts, all the conversations and queries
will be handled on a WhatsApp group which will have all
the members of the project.
• You can also call the project manager if in case the
problem faced by you needs to be urgently fixed.
