Discrimination
Discrimination of language or behaviour is not included within our products.
Drugs
Drug taking may be shown in a 15 certification but the film as a whole must not
promote or encourage drug misuse. However in our products we have no
included any indication of drug taking, content or assumption.
Horror
“Strong threat and menace are permitted unless sadistic or sexualised”. This is
not included in the content of our products due to genre being a joyful and happy
genre. We haven’t intended to include any indication of strong threat of sadistic
or sexual.
Imitable behaviour
Dangerous behaviour includes activities such as hanging, suicide and selfharming due to the BBFC guidelines. Our music video an ancillary products due
not dwell on any imitable behaviour that could be copied. The content remains
suitable for an age 15+.
Language
The BBFC guidelines state that there may be frequent use of strong language. We
have included a reference to strong language by including the word “shit” in our
script. This is said by the dance teacher when describing his opinion on the girls
performance. Aggressive or repeated use of the strongest language is not likely
to be expectable and therefore is not included within our script.
Nudity
Nudity may be allowed in a sexual context but without strong detail. Within our
work there is no reference to nudity however some clothing may be slightly
revealing due to how conventional it is to the Burlesque genre.
Sex
“Sexual activity may be portrayed without strong detail”. We have no references
to sexual indication within our music video nor ancillary products. However
some dance moves way be judged as slightly sexual due to how conventional it is
to the genre.
Theme
There are no themes within our music video. The BBFC certification guideline
says that no theme is prohibited within the music video or ancillary products,
provided the treatment is appropriate for 15 year olds.

Violence
Due to the genre of my music video and ancillary products, no violence is
referred to within our products. The BBFC website states that violence may be
strong but should not dwell on the infliction of pain or injury.
