Conducted general analysis and interpretation of the provisions of various deeds, right of way
agreements and title opinions involving Company assets in order that a property record base
can be created or maintained. Revised working interests and royalty interests based on deeds,
assignments, transfers and decrees furnished by lessor or working interest owners. Determine
the division of proceeds from the sale of oil and gas produced from wells in which the Company
has an interest. Assist in the preparation of various forms, assignments and release on different

acquisition, divestiture, and merger.
 Generated standard and ad-hoc reports as requested by management for analysis and

division of interests and for circulation of division orders.
 Calculated gross working and net revenue interest in order to setup revenue and billing
division of interest for new wells, units and acquisition/merger properties.

attorneys, land agents and brokers in order to accomplish the above.
