Sometimes people respond late to the invite of participating in an online survey and this usually happens when the survey has expired. Though there are other reasons, this one dominates the rest. SurveyCrest allows you to customize your closed survey or poll message. This presentation guides you on how to do so.

1. How Can I Set my Closed
Survey/Poll Page Content?

2. On SurveyCrest, you
can change the
message which
appears when
someone tries to
access your
survey/poll after it
has expired.
To change the
message, go to
‘Launch’ tab and click
on ‘Personalize’.

3. Click on ‘Customize’.

4. Type your message
in ‘Survey Closed
Text’ box.

5. And click on ‘Save’.
