Our Lighting division manufactures Quartz Metal Halide lamps from 70W to 400W for reputed
Indian and global brands at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
Electronic Controls & Discharge Systems Pvt. Ltd
was started in Oct 2001 in with the technical
support of Venture Lighting, USA. We have a
facility with 100,000square feet built up area within
the Cochin Special Economic Zone with
350 employees. We also have associate companies,
viz -LSS and LRI outside the Zone with a joint
strength of around 250 employees.

Automatic Powder Coating
The Automatic Powder Spraying system has the versatile powder application with reciprocating guns
for accurate and controlled coating thickness to ensure proper coverage at all corners and crevices.
This process is done in an enclosed, dust-free, atmosphere to give a vibrant finish

powder mixing and thus reduces rejections.
