Obwohl die Kriege vorbei sind, ist die Notwendigkeit für Friedenserziehung im ehemaligenJugoslawien aktueller denn je. Die Korrespondentin für den westlichen Balkan von „Insight Conflict“ stellt das Friedenserziehungsprogramm der „Ersten Kinderbotschaft der Welt“ Megjashi vor. Megjashi wurde 1992 gegründet, ist Partnerorganisation der KURVE Wustrow und setzt sich unermüdlich für Frieden und den Schutz von Kinderrechten in Mazedonien ein.

“Childhood without abuse – towards a better child protection system in Eastern Europe” – Visibility research of the campaign See it, Hear it, Say it.
First Children's Embassy in the World - Megjashi has recently conducted study on the visibility of the See it, Hear it, Say it campaign among the Macedonian society. The campaign was run all over the country between 7th November and 10th December 2008. Messages of the campaign, encouraging to report cases of child abuse, were placed on citylights and billboards. Posters and leaflets were distributed to different events and institutions. Moreover, three daily newspapers and four TV channels informed about the campaign.
To estimate the impact of the See it, Hear it, Say it campaign 202 randomly chosen inhabitants of Skopje were asked following questions:

Do you consider the campaign efficient?
Do you consider the campaign necessary?
Results show that the campaign was well received and extremely appreciated by the Macedonians. Almost 70% of the respondents were aware of the campaign. pravata na deteto vo romskite zaednici". Edna od glavnite celi na
ovoj proekt e edukacija na idnite fascilitatori od romskata
nacionalnost koi vo idnina }e dejstvuvaat pri promoviraweto,
implementacijata i za{titata na pravata na deteto vo romskite
zaednici niz R. Makedonija. Za taa cel be{e potrebno da se kreira
alatka (bro{ura) za edukacija koja }e bide najsoodvetna za
mentalitetot i kulturata na Romite. Vo funkcija na ova, a vo
ramkite na proektot se odr`aa 5 fokus-grupi vo koi zedoa u~estvo
deca, roditeli, begalci i lideri na zaednicata (Romi), kako i
lideri na zaednicata koi rabotat so Romite begalci vo R.
Makedonija. Kako rezultat na nivnite sugestii i iskustva ja
kreiravme ovaa bro{ura koja, se nadevame, vo golema mera }e
pomogne vo edukacija na ~lenovite na romskite zaednici vo idnina.

4. Konvencijata za pravata na deteto (vo ponatamo{niot tekst
KPD) pretstavuva kodifikacija na pravata na deteto na svetsko
ramni{te. KPD vsu{nost pretstavuva univerzalen standard za
bezgri`nost i blagosostojba na decata, kako i pravna ramka vrz koja
svetskite dr`avi }e mo`at da go procenat svojot progres vo odnos
na razvitokot na ~ovekovite prava i osnovnite humani vrednosti.
KPD se sostoi od 41 ~len i se odnesuvaat na pravata na decata i
mladite lu|e, sekade kade {to im sleduvaat. ^lenovite od
Konvencijata su{tinski gledano se baziraat na osnovnite potrebi
na decata i mladite lu|e, taka {to so ovaa Konvencija se
obezbeduvaat site preduslovi za pravilen rast i razvoj na sekoja
individua pomlada od 18 godini. Generalnoto sobranie na
Obedinetite nacii vo 1989 godina ja usvoi KPD, a taa stapi na sila
kako me|unaroden zakon na 2 septemvri 1990 godina. Republika
Makedonija ja ratifikuva KPD vo 1993 godina, so {to se obvrza da gi
po~ituva i za{tituva pravata na deteto.
Konvencija ba{i ~havengere nijamija (ko odorutno teksti K]N)

Konvencijata se bazira na ~etiri temelni principi, bez ~ie
ispolnuvawe ne e vozmo`no da se ostvarat drugite prava:
1. Pravo na `ivot, opstanok i razvitok
Dr`avata mora da go obezbedi ova pravo za sekoe dete, bez
isklu~ok (~len 6).
2. Nediskriminacija
Site deca gi imaat istite prava bez razlika na: rasata, bojata,
polot, jazikot, verata, nacionalnosta, etni~koto ili socijalnoto
poteklo, fizi~kiot ili intelektualniot nedostatok i imotnata
sostojba (~len 2).
3. Najdobar interes za deteto
Vo site odluki koi go zasegaat deteto, negoviot najdobar interes
}e ima prioritet (~len 3).
4. Po~ituvawe na misleweto na deteto
Pravo na deteto da go ka`e svoeto mislewe za pra{awata i
postapkite koi direktno go zasegaat i toa negovo mislewe da se
po~ituva (~len 12).
