Division of Opportunity, Diversity & Inclusion
In an effort to promote diversity and pro-
vide equitable opportunities both internally
and externally, ODOT created the Division of
Opportunity, Diversity & Inclusion (ODI) on
July 1, 2015. Kim Watson is currently serv-
ing as the Acting Deputy Director of this new
division. ODI is comprised of:
