Frank L. Oddo founded Oddo Development in 1959 after graduating from

than 45% of them in terms of marketing effectiveness. *NOTE: This is based
on the site’s current pages and content, and does not include the revised
pages and content the keyword suggestions are based off of.
Based on the HubSpot detailed report, I recommend the following changes
to the site.
Revise Site Content
• Current: Ranked at a graduate reading level and not optimized for
search engine ranking/keyword marketing
• Recommendation: Revise all site content, use headers and bulleted
lists, increase and enrich text/photo/video tour content
Why? Written content needs to be at an elementary reading level even
when speaking to highly educated users. The web is a place for scanning and
retrieving information quickly and efficiently and simplifying sentence
structure and using headers/bulleted lists can make this easy for users to
