ELKHART -- Several panelists will discuss legacy planning at a free workshop
scheduled for 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hubbard Hill Retirement Community. Free
brunch will be offered.
The seminar is designed for people who work with charitable organizations, their
supporters or anyone interested in having a significant impact on their favorite charities.
The panel features Mike Pianowski of Sanders & Pianowski Law Firm, Bert Molner of
Edward Jones Investments, life insurance veteran Mike McCoy and Terry Cegielski, who
underwrites grant proposals for nonprofit organizations.

Topics will include estate planning techniques, how life insurance can provide tax-free
benefits to loved ones and/or charities and how new laws affect charitable giving.
A question-and-answer period will follow the presentations.
The workshop and brunch are free, but seating is limited so those interested in attending
