The idea here is that the economy is becoming more and more complex over time, and that means we need to change the way we think about education because curricula become outdated too quickly. My answers to this are: training self-learners, new forms of on-the-job training, workplace / workstation interfaces that teach you how to use them. The full implementation of this would be called a "self-training job". I gave this presentation at the Whitehouse on June 20, 2016.
