This document provides an overview of merchant and consumer accounts on a deals platform. It describes the different types of deals merchants can create (Express, Experience, Ecstasy) and how they are branded. It also outlines the promotion and redemption codes merchants can use, and how their connections, clients, and redeemed deals are displayed. Finally, it mentions that consumers can add paired merchant deals to their queue and reserve deals even if the merchant later removes the offering.

Account Overview
Deals Page – Merchants can update their deals in real-time, disconnect, or change their
default deals.

B) Creating a Deal – Deals are “branded” to make it easier for the merchant to create
and the consumer to find a pairing that they like. The Express is one visit, Experience is
multi-visit, and Ecstasy is unlimited. The deals are unique compared to other deals the
merchant is offering: discount, contents (varied or not), length of time to complete, and /
or number of visits.
Important to note: Since there are 2 deals and one deal may have many visits while
another has one visit, for example, we set it up, so the “new” days to complete or
expiration date would apply after their first purchase. The consumer has 45 days to make
a single purchase from both merchants once they have reserved a deal. They are not
obligated to complete the entirety of deals. However, to maintain an active consumer
account, they are asked to visit both merchants from a pairing, once activating (buying
from) with either merchant.
3. 3
Promotion Code – Merchants can apply their own code for internal use.
Redemption Code – Merchants enter this code when handed a consumers’
smartphone. Once redeemed the accounts will display the expiration dates for
both the merchant and consumer – accounts are synced.
Connections Page – Merchants can see current connections (make edits), see incoming
and pending invites.
A) Current Connections

B) Incoming and Pending Invites
Clients Page – For each deal, merchants can see how many interested consumers, how
many of those that reserved the deal (45 days), deals they redeemed and deals that have
expired. Merchants can redeem by either going to their account (as shown in the image
below) or clicking redeem on the consumer’s smart phone.

Consumer Account
The consumer can add paired deals to their queue where they can change in real time, yet,
these deals remain in their queue as long as these merchants are paired. This creates an

incentive for the consumer to reserve this pairing, if they like these details as stated. So, if
the merchant is no longer offering this deal, yet, the consumer reserved it they can act.
