The District Officer (ICB) will be responsible for implementing capacity building activities at the community level in their district. Their key responsibilities include developing capacity building plans for community institutions, ensuring capacity is built for institution building in cluster teams and communities, and ensuring capacity building activities occur at the district, cluster, and community levels. They will conduct needs assessments, design training strategies and materials, identify resource persons, provide training to cluster teams and communities, develop monitoring systems, deliver training programs, and submit regular reports. The key deliverables are training assessment reports, plans, modules, training reports, and ensuring community leaders and members are properly trained.
