Greenshot is a free and open-source screenshot tool for Windows that allows users to easily take screenshots of a selected screen region or window. 3. After installing Greenshot, notice the green icon in the taskbar.

4. Right-click on the Greenshot icon and select “Capture region”

5. Click and drag the mouse to capture a specific region on your computer. (i.e. a Wordle.net word cloud)

6. The Greenshot image editor pops up. Click on File -> Save as.

7. Choose a file location, name the file, and click Save.
