1. Scooters For Scholars Pre-Rent Notice (In contingency of company formation)
Scooters For Scholars LLC (In formation process)
This agreement states within: a pre-renting term notice, insuring the interest
of a semester lease for a Bintelli Scooter in Fall 2014 starting first day of the Fall
semester at the individuals University. The pre-term lease will insure that the
individual will have priority selection of a Scooter of their choice including: color
and design. The individual can either choose to place down a $20 deposit for next
semester or pay in full up front the $190 and save $10 for next semester, as the price
per semester is $200. This agreement can still be signed with no deposit; however,
then there is no guarantee of a scooter or first choice. If Scooters For Scholars does
not provide a scooter to the individual within the first two weeks of the start of the
Fall semester the money in its entirety is refunded. This contract is a non-binding
contract and is still in contingency of the Limited Liability Company Scooters For
Scholars being formed.

This is just a notice and not a binding contract or set agreement for the future
interest of renting a Scooter, all money will be refunded if a scooter is not
