- 1. SCHEDULE K…..GERALDINE’S “HEARSAYCONVERSATIONS”. 1. A couple of months ago, I was talking to Vicente Mejia ( he lives on the SG equestrian center and has worked for SG for 13 years). His immigration papers were supposed to be done by SG 6 years ago, and Vicente had already worked out the $5,000 fee, but magically, they never seem to come. I think they are done but SG is holding them so that Vicente doesn’t leave. He was the one who was a witness when SG went nuts, kicked down the door to his lawyer’s (Chatfield’s) office, burst in, fired him, and started screaming at him. ( We do not know for sure, but we believe it was because we were giving SG a tougher battle than they expected, and that Chatfield had told SG this would be an easy and profitable case to win). 2. SG used to go out with my friend, Tina Cornish. She said he used to go nuts just because he got upset by something. They went to a concert at the L. A. Covention Center by limo. SG got hurt by something she said, so he left her there with no money and no car. She talked another limo driver into taking her home. When they got to the security gate, the code had been changed and the alarm was set. She had to jump the wall to get in. He also left her in Europe after they had a fight, and he came home to the U.S. and left her, also with no money. She had to borrow from a friend and buy a plane ticket home.
- 2. She said heis very vengeful and powerful and knows exactly how to work law/court with his money to get even, no matter what it takes. 3. Tina also said that SG used to build everything with few, if any, permits. She met him because she began to design his interiors on all the houses he would re-build. (We already have evidence that he has made significant construction and grading changes to the ranch with no permits). 4. I asked Mysty Cassar, his ex-fiancee, about him before I took the lease. She said that he is a “monster” and that I should “watch it”. 5. SG had Bob Haber (one of his employees) sign up Direct TV under his credit /name at some of SG’s Malibu houses and the bill got to $700. Bob said SG refused to pay and it went to collections. So now Bob cannot get DTV. It is now under his kids’ name. It was in my name for 2 years.
- 3. 6. Dan Armstrong(employee and his licensed contractor) seems to know the most. He said SG ran out of money once and could not pay any of his bills. He sort of owns Dan, so sent him to work for a year at a golf course construction site. SG got money from Dan, and he was back in business again. I am not sure whether this was before or after SG’s 15 million dollar sale of the Malibu house or before. (This 15 million dollar sale is of major interest to us, and we are looking into details to see if this could be the second project we send you). 7. Mark Mooring and his wife Diane McNeil have been with SG for over 20 years. Mark used to live with him in a big Malibu house. Mark is a co-signer on the ranch and is building a house on it. My friends at the North Hollywood station said that Mark worked at the station most of his career. He was always in on the big shots (movie people). He specialized in selling German Shepherds and used to rip people off. They also knew that he lived in a big Malibu house and thought it was odd. 8. His main assistant, right hand man and officially CFO, Mark Maravelas (who incidentally just left) was the signature on all documents, phones, banks, utilities, credit cards. SG did not have anything in his name. Mark also burned papers every night.
