Five state senators and one assemblymember will participate in a legislative panel on August 1st at the Tri-Counties Regional Center Annex Building in Santa Barbara. The panelists will address successes and setbacks for children and adults with developmental disabilities during the current legislative term, as well as priorities for the next term. Attendees can RSVP by July 25th and submit questions to the State Council on Developmental Disabilities/Area Board 9 office in Ventura. Light refreshments will be served and Spanish translation is available upon request.
