During the hearing, the State's counsel informed the Court that new developments have taken place, including new legislation and the constitution of tribunals. The Court directed the State to file an affidavit with details of these new developments and scheduled the next hearing for July 23, 2021. It also ordered the State to file a counter affidavit in the meantime.
