Founded in 1975, The Irregardless Café was Raleigh’s first vegetarian restaurant and continues to serve as a pioneer taking concepts like ‘green’ and ‘sustainable’ long before they became buzz words, and putting them into action serving healthy and innovative cuisine. In 2001 the Cafe transitioned Arthur’s informal ‘catering for friends’ and established its ‘Catering Division’ enabling planners to incorporate creative ideas in their events.
